Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly organized and seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Manager - VIP Protocol. In this prestigious position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of VIP relations and protocol for high-profile guests and stakeholders. You will ensure that every interaction with our VIP clients meets our standards of excellence and reflects the unique vision and purpose of Qiddiya.

Your expertise in protocol management, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be vital in building and maintaining relationships with prominent figures from various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive VIP protocol strategy that enhances the guest experience and aligns with Qiddiya's brand values
• Coordinate all aspects of VIP visits, including logistics, accommodations, transportation, and event details
• Ensure adherence to proper protocol procedures during high-profile events and meetings
• Work closely with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration in planning VIP engagements
• Maintain a detailed database of VIP contacts and tailor experiences based on their preferences and requirements
• Act as a liaison between Qiddiya and external stakeholders, including government officials, corporate partners, and media representatives
• Monitor and evaluate the experience of VIP guests to continually improve services and protocols
• Prepare briefing materials and reports for high-level stakeholders and leadership
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in VIP management and protocol
• Stay informed on current trends and protocols relevant to VIP treatment in the entertainment and hospitality sectors
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience (official)in VIP relations, event management, or protocol, ideally within the hospitality or entertainment industry
• Proven track record of managing high-profile events and interactions with VIPs
• Strong knowledge of protocol and etiquette standards at local, national, and international levels
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adept at problem-solving and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
