Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and applying advanced transport modelling techniques to support customer experience improvements and strategic planning. Works closely with internal planning teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations.

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and applying advanced transport modelling techniques to support customer experience improvements and strategic planning. Works closely with internal planning teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and validate multimodal transport models to assess impacts on customer experience
- Translate customer behavior and demand data into modelling assumptions
- Provide modelling input for CX design pilots, service changes, and digital tools
- Collaborate with planning and strategy teams to align model outputs with policy and investment decisions
- Evaluate scenarios for accessibility, service reliability, and network performance
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Transport Planning, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of modelling experience using tools like VISUM, Aimsun, Cube, or MATSim
- Familiarity with GCC transport networks and customer demographics is a plus
- Analytical Rigor - Brings a deep, structured approach to modelling, validating assumptions, and interpreting data
- Precision and Quality Orientation - Maintains high standards of accuracy and consistency
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Translates technical outputs into insights for strategic decision-making
- Learning Agility - Keeps up with new modelling tools and techniques
- Independence and Initiative - Operates with autonomy and a proactive mindset
