Are you a dynamic leader with expertise in transport operations and logistics? We are seeking a Senior Manager – Transport & Logistics to oversee and manage the day-to-day transport operations for a high-profile Facilities Operations Managing Agent Project in Riyadh. This role involves close collaboration with the client’s executive transport team, directors from other functional areas, third-party service providers, and key operational partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of transport services.
As the Senior Manager – Transport & Logistics, you will lead the Transport Operations Control Centre, ensuring the effective execution of the Integrated Transport Operations Plan, adherence to KPIs, and smooth communication between stakeholders. This hands-on role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage real-time challenges in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Are you a dynamic leader with expertise in transport operations and logistics? We are seeking a Senior Manager – Transport & Logistics to oversee and manage the day-to-day transport operations for a high-profile Facilities Operations Managing Agent Project in Riyadh. This role involves close collaboration with the client’s executive transport team, directors from other functional areas, third-party service providers, and key operational partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of transport services.
As the Senior Manager – Transport & Logistics, you will lead the Transport Operations Control Centre, ensuring the effective execution of the Integrated Transport Operations Plan, adherence to KPIs, and smooth communication between stakeholders. This hands-on role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage real-time challenges in a fast-paced, operational environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor the performance of the Integrated Transport Operations Plan, ensuring the achievement of transport KPIs.
- Foster a positive communication culture with service delivery partners and operational interfaces, promoting feedback and continuous improvement.
- Oversee service providers to ensure all contractual and operational requirements are met, driving incremental improvements over time.
- Review service provider and transport operations reports, coordinating the implementation of actions based on report outputs.
- Manage operational and reputational risks related to transport, convening service reviews and debriefs as needed. Oversee updates to policies and SOPs.
- Provide hands-on support during non-standard situations (e.g., peak periods, contingency states) requiring an "all hands" approach.
- Assist in the Testing and Readiness Phase, including responsibility for the asset handover of transport assets.
- Monitor, report, and follow up on related FM issues through the CAFM system.
- Support data and system integration activities related to transport and smart city interfaces.
- Provide project management support for approved change initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance indicators against the budget, identify variances, and assist in implementing control measures as required.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a science-based discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mobility/transportation planning and operations with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at senior managerial and operational team levels.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills across business functions.
- Experience in real-time transport operations and Control Centre.
- Familiarity with multi-modal transportation environments.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural organization; experience in the MENA region is desirable.
- Proven ability to work with government partners and in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in program planning and management.
- Experience in public realm or park environments.
- Familiarity with sustainability analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
- Strong project management and contract oversight capabilities.
