Our MENA Insurance Technology Consulting practice empowers some of the region’s largest Insurance companies to solve their most complex business problems and transform their organizations through the power of technology, digital and data.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Manager in our Insurance Technology Consulting team, you will lead projects that help organizations leverage technology to drive performance improvement and digital transformation. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding teams, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with our strategic goals.

You will have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of engagements in areas such as Core Insurance Solution implementation, CRM, ERP, digital transformation, data/analytics, artificial intelligence and cloud. Our team has a footprint that spans several countries across the MENA region, and our practice and team has grown year-on-year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and bring our experience of Insurance and Technology to develop tailored solutions that drive value.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering and documentation, utilizing industry-standard methodologies.
• Facilitate design reviews and discussions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within client organizations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technology-related matters.
• Contribute to business development and take a leading role in the development of proposals and RFP responses.
  
  

Key Profile Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on platforms and digital transformation in the insurance sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and their impact on business performance.
• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain or a part of it (from distribution and customer management through to policy administration, servicing, underwriting, claims management and reinsurance)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
