Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 9-12 years of talent acquisition experience with a strong emphasis on finance recruitment
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring high-caliber finance professionals
• Solid understanding of finance roles, market trends, and talent landscape
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment channels and platforms to attract candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
