Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager - Sports Partnerships to lead our efforts in establishing and nurturing impactful relationships within the sports industry. This position will be critical in driving our partnership strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and promoting collaborative projects that align with Qiddiya's mission of becoming a leading entertainment and sporting destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to Day management of key Qiddiya sports partnerships and future strategic partnerships in all QIC sports assets.
  • Drive maximum partnership engagement and performance management of all QIC sports partnerships
  • Work with all QIC stakeholder teams to efficiently manage partnerships across all business units and workstreams (Development, Strategy, Marketing, Events/Sponsorship, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, Delivery) and asset operator teams
  • Assist Director in negotiating and contracting of future QIC Sports partnerships
  • Work with specific sports assets in planning and delivery of events programs from grassroots participation, community programs and international standard events and coordinate with all stakeholders internally and externally
  • Coordinate with other QIC Strategy teams for alignment across shared services, IT systems, HR, Healthcare and Education, Mobility, ESG, Branding/Marketing and Strategy
  • Work closely with QIC Marketing/Events/Sponsorships on all sports-related sponsorship and partnerships activations including hospitality, branding, ticketing, marketing-communications, events, and government relations.
  • Develop compelling presentations outlining commercial partnership opportunities for QIC sports-assets and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sports partnerships or business development, with a demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships
