This role will focus on positioning Qiddiya City's retail offerings to optimize engagement and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for Qiddiya's retail portfolio that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility
- Lead the planning and execution of bespoke marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique value propositions of each retail asset to target audiences
- Establish and refine brand identities for retail assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overall brand strategy while maintaining consistency across all marketing channels
- Oversee content creation for various marketing materials, including digital and printed collateral, presentations, and promotional content that engages and attracts potential customers and partners
- Coordinate and manage public relations and media efforts to enhance the market presence of Qiddiya's retail offerings
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, tenants, and the community, ensuring a unified approach to marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitive activities to inform strategy adjustments and optimize marketing efforts
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies for retail portfolios
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive informed marketing decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences
- Experience with digital marketing, brand management, and content marketing best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a focus on achieving objectives
