Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager - Projects (Hotel) to lead our exciting hotel development initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality hotel projects that meet the vision and objectives of Qiddiya as a premier entertainment destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hotel development projects, adhering to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, finance, and operations, to define project scope and specifications
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure effective implementation
• Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges proactively to minimize impacts on project delivery
• Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress, conducting regular reviews and reports to stakeholders on performance against key metrics
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices throughout project implementation
• Lead project meetings, providing a platform for collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making among team members
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in hotel development to continuously enhance project outcomes
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Hospitality Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management within the hospitality sector, specifically in hotel development
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel development projects from conception through completion
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent team management and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
