About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager Presales Data Centre (KSA/MEA) to lead our pre-sales, technical alignment, and product marketing strategy across the region. In this strategic role, you will act as the primary interface between Qualcomm and its Key Customers, driving data centre hardware, software, and hybrid AI solution adoption to accelerate infrastructure scale-out, AI inference deployment, and revenue growth.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping Qualcomm’s next-generation AI Cloud portfolio in the Middle East bridging product management, engineering, sales, and technical leadership to deliver market-leading capabilities. This role is ideal for an individual with strong AI data centre product expertise, a deep understanding of AI workloads (inference, RAG, multimodal, agentic), and a passion for building the future of sovereign and hybrid AI cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
Pre-Sales, Technical Alignment & GTM Execution
- Lead technical pre-sales engagement with engineering, product, and solution teams.
- Ensure full technical alignment across hardware (AI100/AI200/AI250), software stacks, orchestration layers, and hybrid edge-to-cloud AI deployments.
- Support enterprise engagements by translating Qualcomm’s technology into compelling customer value propositions.
- Lead solution architecture workshops, technical validations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Build repeatable sales playbooks, technical briefs, and product positioning tailored to the MEA market.
- Collaborate with Qualcomm Business Unit Product Management to shape the data centre and hybrid AI roadmap for MEA.
- Provide structured feedback on:
- Required features for Customers use cases
- Enterprise requirements across sectors (Government, Telco, FSI, Retail, mobility)
- Local regulatory and sovereign data considerations
- Translate market insights into actionable product requirements and feature prioritization.
- Lead MEA product marketing for Qualcomm’s data centre and AI inference solutions.
- Develop compelling messaging, competitive positioning, whitepapers, pitch decks, solution briefs, and technical marketing content.
- Educate regional sales, partners, and distributors on Qualcomm’s AI value proposition.
- Present at industry events, summits, partner conferences, and customer executive workshops.
- Work closely with engineering, product, sales, alliances, and ecosystem teams to ensure a seamless execution motion.
- Drive internal readiness for new product launches, AI stack updates, and roadmap enhancements.
- Provide continuous market intelligence on AI infrastructure, accelerators, hyperscalers, and local AI cloud providers in MEA.
Technical Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Data centre, AI infrastructure, telco cloud, or enterprise hardware/software roles.
- Strong understanding of:
- AI inference, multimodal models, RAG, agentic workflows
- Data centre components (GPUs, accelerators, storage, networking)
- Hybrid edge-to-cloud architectures
- Sovereign cloud and regulated workloads
- Proven experience in product marketing, technical pre-sales, or product management.
- Ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer value.
- Strong storytelling, content creation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps through structured market feedback.
- Experience working with ecosystem partners, cloud providers, or AI platform companies.
- Comfortable driving alignment across multiple stakeholders (engineering, PM, sales, executives).
- Proven track record of supporting revenue growth and field success.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complexity and inspire technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for innovation.
- High ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
- Team player with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
