Senior Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to lead our efforts in ensuring that our innovative projects are fully prepared for operational launch. This pivotal role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure that all aspects of operations, from logistics to staffing, are executed flawlessly in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational readiness framework to ensure all projects meet the highest standards prior to launch
• Work cross-functionally with project management, design, and operational teams to translate project specifications into actionable operational plans
• Conduct thorough assessments of operational readiness, identifying risks and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for mitigation
• Lead training and onboarding programs to prepare staff for new operations, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing insights and reporting to upper management for strategic decision-making
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on operational readiness processes and expectations
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing relevant insights to enhance operational performance
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of operational management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project environments
• Proven experience in operational strategy development and execution, with a strong focus on enhancing guest experiences
