About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Enablement to build and scale the infrastructure that powers our commercial engine. This cross-functional role combines commercial readiness, frontline enablement, and operational excellence to ensure our sales and partner teams are laser-focused, productive, and equipped to win.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Own onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement programs across sales, business development and account management teams.
  • Build and manage a centralized library of sales collateral, presentations, and pitch templates.
  • Plan and manage deployment of training & upskilling initiatives for all merchant lifecycle teams.
  • Support operational management & performance tracking of third party service/software providers.

Sales Operations

  • Oversee the tool stack for sales & account management teams (Salesforce, Apollo, Notion, etc.).
  • Drive data hygiene & ensure effective process adoption across the commercial organisation.
  • Own lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and automated assignment across all commercial segments.
  • Manage & govern CRM workflows, automations, lead routing logic, and territory mapping.
  • Review & optimize sales pipeline reporting & tracking processes.
  • Monitor funnel metrics (conversion, time-to-close, win/loss reasons) and run performance diagnostics.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Support

  • Lead commercial readiness for product/feature launches across business development, account management, and channel partnership, field sales teams.
  • Develop localised GTM toolkits in close partnership with Product & Marketing teams (strategic playbooks, objection-handling guides, ROI calculators, and rollout plans).
  • Collect frontline feedback to inform strategy and iterate on toolkits.

Your expertise

Experience

  • 5+ years of proven success in high-impact sales ops, enablement, or GTM roles with high-growth tech or fintech companies, or a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a track record of quantifiable achievements
  • Start-up operational experience and/or an MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy & operations, with a history of successful implementation and optimization.
  • Excellent project management experience, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and track complex initiatives, managing resources, stakeholders & interdependencies effectively.

Skills

  • Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies and drive significant business outcomes.
  • Proficient in leveraging data analytics tools (beyond basic spreadsheet software) to extract meaningful insights and drive data-informed decisions. Some programming experience (e.g., SQL, Python) is a significant plus.
  • Experienced with or able to quickly leverage the following tools: Salesforce, Notion, Apollo, Clay, Google Sheets, and Tableau.

Attributes

  • An excellent communicator, visual storyteller, and trainer with executive presence, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and clearly articulating data-driven insights.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration (e.g. with Sales, Product, Growth, and Data Analytics) with the ability to build strong relationships and drive alignment.
  • A proactive "process-to-impact" mindset, taking full ownership of projects and continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • GCC market experience is a significant plus; Arabic speaking a bonus.
