About the role:

This position plays a central role in overseeing financial control, accounting operations, statutory reporting, and digital transformation initiatives—supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term financial sustainability.collaborating closely with all departments to improve Statutory accounting , Financial Controlling and reporting systems,Being someone with broad and in-depth knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements in full compliance with IFRS and regulatories timeline for +15 Legal Entities in different Countries.

• Manage the external audit process, acting as the key liaison between auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and clean audit outcomes.

• Own and enforce financial accounting policies and internal controls, ensuring alignment with best practices and public company standards.

• Oversee general ledger integrity, closing accuracy, and financial compliance across all legal entities.

• Monitor and continuously improve the statutory reporting process, ensuring consistency, automation, and risk mitigation.

• Provide expert financial guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams on accounting treatments and audit risks.

• Implement and maintain a strong internal control environment to mitigate financial risks.

• Oversee the ERP system setup for financial reporting and drive automation of accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Profile requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA , SOCPA would be a plus.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Finance , Auditing and accounting, with at least 5 years' experience in a well known Audit Firms.

• Experience in taxes VAT -WHT-CIT-Deferred tax.

• Proven experience in SAP ERP (FICO or full suite) and finance digital transformation.

• Must be fluent in English , Arabic is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

• Strong Leadership Skills.
