Senior Manager - Design (ENT672)

We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Senior Manager - Design to join our innovative team. In this role, you will drive the design strategy across a variety of projects, ensuring that our vision for exceptional experiences is brought to life through cutting-edge design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design development process for multiple projects, from initial concepts to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on design objectives and project goals
• Establish design standards and guidelines that reflect the quality and vision of Qiddiya
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and project specifications
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring designs are executed efficiently and effectively
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, mentoring team members and encouraging innovative thinking
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into project work
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project vision and outcomes
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize the design process
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in design management or a related field, preferably within real estate or large-scale projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and innovative solutions
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
• Solid understanding of sustainability practices and relevant design regulations
