The Senior Manager - Design & Delivery (COR2) at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a crucial role in overseeing the strategic design and delivery of innovative corporate infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of corporate infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and establish clear project objectives
• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout project lifecycles
• Mentor and manage project teams to foster a cohesive and productive work environment
• Provide guidance on best practices and ensure that project documentation is maintained and up to date
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Facilitate regular project meetings to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
• Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or similar qualifications in Information Technology or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in IT application design, delivery, and support, with a focus on leasing systems
