Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an accomplished and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Commercial. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals while maximizing profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with company objectives
  • Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies that enhance project performance and drive financial success
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, supporting strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance on commercial matters impacting the project lifecycle
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors and suppliers, securing advantageous agreements
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts, implementing corrective actions as required
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Prepare and deliver reports for senior management, outlining insights, progress, and recommendations
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build strong relationships and enhance project collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, particularly in large-scale construction or real estate projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial activities and strategies in complex environments
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with contracts
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management
  • Proficiency in commercial management software and tools
