- Execute commercial strategies that align with the overall organisational objectives and enhance project profitability
- Conduct detailed market analyses to identify business opportunities, evaluate competitive positioning, and inform strategic choices
- Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial considerations are integrated throughout project lifecycles
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards
- Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against set targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Foster relationships with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial professionals, driving a culture of excellence and innovation
- Create and present reports to senior management, detailing project commercial performance, risks, and recommendations
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance commercial strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within the real estate, entertainment, or large-scale development sectors
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Proficiency in commercial and project management tools and software
