Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a Senior Manager - Commercial 1 to lead our commercial initiatives and enhance the value of our projects. In this essential role, you will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy across our exciting developments, ensuring alignment with the company's goals while maximizing project profitability and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement commercial strategies that support project delivery and drive revenue growth
• Conduct thorough market assessment and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities pertinent to the commercial landscape
• Collaborate closely with project management teams to synchronize commercial activities with operational goals
• Prepare and evaluate bids, tenders, and proposals to secure lucrative contracts
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and clients to ensure the best contractual arrangements
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, identifying any risks or challenges and proposing solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering professional growth and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• At least 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, real estate, or construction sectors
