Job Description

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance facility management operations? We are seeking a Senior Manager – CAFM & FM Systems Operations to take charge of the development, implementation, and management of advanced Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for a large program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring these systems effectively support asset management, maintenance scheduling, help desk operations, and data-driven performance improvements across our facility management programs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead System Operations: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of CAFM and Performance Optimization (PO) systems to meet the needs of FM operations, including asset management, maintenance planning, and help desk functionality.
• Drive Performance Excellence: Use data insights from CAFM and PO systems to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure System Integration: Collaborate with IT and FM teams to ensure seamless integration of CAFM and PO systems with other organizational platforms.
• Enhance Reporting and Analytics: Build robust reporting and analytics capabilities to monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support Help Desk Operations: Ensure the CAFM system effectively supports help desk functions, enabling efficient tracking, resolution, and reporting of service requests.
• Identify System Improvements: Proactively identify opportunities for system upgrades, new features, and process enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
• Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and technical support to FM staff and system users to maximize the effective use of CAFM and PO systems.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all system-related activities.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee relationships with system vendors to ensure timely support, updates, and resolution of issues.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Extensive experience managing CAFM and PO systems, ideally within large-scale facilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in asset management, maintenance planning, help desk operations, and reporting within CAFM platforms.
• Proven ability to leverage data analytics and performance optimization tools to improve operational outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with CAFM and PO practices in the GCC region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CAFM platforms such as Maximo, Archibus, or similar systems, as well as performance optimization tools, is an advantage.
