Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly organized and strategic Senior Manager - Accreditation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accreditation process for our various offerings, ensuring that they meet national and international standards. Your expertise will support our mission to provide exceptional quality experiences in entertainment and tourism.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement accreditation strategies and processes that align with Qiddiya's goals and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with accreditation standards and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for submissions
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure continuous compliance with accreditation requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster an understanding of accreditation standards and their importance
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in accreditation requirements and best practices within the industry
  • Engage with external regulatory bodies and accreditation organizations to facilitate the accreditation process
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of accreditation standards among staff
  • Prepare and present recommendations for improvement based on assessment outcomes
  • Manage all communication related to accreditation status, updates, and changes within the organization


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accreditation management or quality assurance, preferably in the entertainment or tourism sectors
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Experience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance
