  • PMO Governance: Establish Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms, providing data-driven status updates, risk analysis, and mitigation plans to PMO and Senior Management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary logistics liaison, coordinating resource requirements and delivery schedules between the Procurement, Construction, Project Controls, and Contractor teams.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure all logistics activities, warehousing operations, lifting plans, and transport movements comply with strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • PMO Familiarity: Proven experience operating within a highly structured Project Management Office (PMO) or Program Management Consultant (PMC) environment.
  • Regional Expertise: Extensive and demonstrated experience managing complex customs clearance, freight forwarding, and domestic logistics operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency with modern ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), coupled with strong planning and data analysis skills.
