As the Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for providing design leadership and project management expertise on a diverse range of landscape architecture projects across the Middle East region. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable landscape solutions that meet client objectives and exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process of landscape architecture projects, from initial concept to final implementation.
• Create innovative and practical design concepts that incorporate site analysis, client needs, environmental factors, and cultural context.
• Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of top-quality design outputs.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as architects, engineers, and planners, to seamlessly integrate landscape designs into broader development projects.
• Partner with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of landscape construction activities.
• Perform site visits, assessments, and surveys to evaluate current conditions and identify opportunities for landscape improvements.
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations to convey design intentions and secure client approvals.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional growth and development in the field of landscape architecture.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture, sustainability, and urban design.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events to showcase our expertise and capabilities in landscape architecture.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a robust portfolio of projects completed in the Middle East.
• Proficient in project management principles and practices, with proven leadership skills in guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion
• Knowledgeable in sustainable design principles and green building standards, with a preference for experience in applying LEED or Estidama criteria.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying design concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards relevant to landscape architecture projects in the Middle East.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
