Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs.
- Prepare detailed landscape plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in landscape architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local regulations.
