We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Interface Coordinator to join our team at Hill International in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Interface Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all interface activities between various departments and stakeholders involved in a large construction project. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

  • Lead and manage all interface activities between different departments and stakeholders involved in the project
  • Develop and maintain a detailed interface management plan to ensure smooth communication and coordination between all parties
  • Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to identify and resolve any interface issues or conflicts
  • Ensure that all interface-related documentation, such as interface agreements and protocols, are properly reviewed, approved, and implemented
  • Monitor and track progress of interface activities and provide regular reports to project management
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of interface-related problems
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other team members
  • Provide technical expertise and support to interface team members and other project staff
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor interface activities and identify potential risks or issues
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to interface management and implement them in the project as appropriate


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in interface management on large construction projects
  • Extensive knowledge of interface management principles, processes, and tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable
