Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inspection Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inspection and quality assurance processes within the engineering sector. This role involves overseeing the inspection activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement inspection methodologies and quality assurance protocols.
• Lead and mentor junior inspection staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to address any issues related to product quality and performance.
• Review and analyze inspection reports, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and technologies related to inspection and quality assurance.
• Participate in audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Document and maintain inspection records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection or quality assurance within an engineering environment.
• Proficiency in inspection techniques, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to inspection and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
