Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on HVAC and chiller systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• handling and all type of chillers specially centrifugal chillers , screw and reciprocating as well
• Inspect and lubricate moving parts, clean components, and replace worn-out or damaged parts.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and create maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions or performance issues in HVAC and chiller systems.
• Carry out repairs, replacements, or adjustments to restore system functionality.
• Address emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently.
• Analyze HVAC and chiller systems to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades or modifications to reduce energy consumption.
• Ensure that systems comply with energy efficiency standards and regulations.
• Handle refrigerants safely and in accordance with EPA regulations.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and charging procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of refrigerant usage and disposal.
• Prepare detailed service reports, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Communicate maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions to supervisors and clients.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and necessary supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, safety codes, and best practices.
• Participate in safety training and maintain required certifications.
• Interact with clients, building occupants, or facility managers in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Respond to inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests with attentiveness and clarity.
• Provide advice and recommendations for HVAC and chiller system maintenance and performance improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• 8-10 years’ experience in maintenance in HVAC and chillers system
• Excellent Arabic and English writing skills
• Mechanical Engineering degree
