Senior HPE NonStop Systems Engineer - BASE24/BESS Operations

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Are you a skilled HPE NonStop Systems Engineer with a passion for high-availability systems and payment platforms? Join our team and play a key role in supporting critical financial operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with HPE NonStop systems
• In-depth knowledge of BASE24 Classic and BASE24-eps
• Experience with BESS modules and financial transaction systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
• Familiarity with security patching and compliance standards
• Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience coordinating with vendors (HPE, ACI) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HPE NonStop systems (Production & DR)
• Manage BASE24 Classic and BASE24-eps for authorization, settlement, and switching
• Oversee daily operations of BESS modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
• Apply security patches and ensure compliance with standards
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain SOPs, DR documentation, and testing reports
