Your Opportunity
This role is pivotal within the Managing Partner team, acting as the delegated authority for our client tasked with overseeing the comprehensive Facilities Management (FM) services across the Ultra Luxury, Neom Sindalah Island. Due to the complexity of the the project, there is a requirement for dedicated oversight of budgeting, cost control and reporting.

Key Accountabilities
Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the Project Director and the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Ensure the adequacy of financial resources and financial disciplines to underpin the achievement of Contract strategy and objectives.
Establish personal credibility and credibility of the financial function as an effective partner in managing the Contract.
Set an example of collaborative leadership and teamwork.
Assume full responsibility for the financial management of the contract, the requisite legal compliance and the achievement of financial objectives.
Monitor Receivable & Payable function for the entire Contract where applicable.
Contribute towards maintenance of the overall control environment through ensuring that the Contract/Serco policies and procedures are adhered including authority limits, and expense guidelines.
Identify opportunities for scope growth (leading to revenue and profit growth).
Actively seek and remove areas of revenue leakage.
Attendance at contract evaluations as required at both Contract level and Group level.
Management of appropriate advisors and their costs as required.
Ensure Contract compliance and company secretarial, insurance and treasury policies.
Work with SME Legal Manager in respect of regional legal matters as directed by or through the Project Director.

Specific Requirements

15 years minimum financial experience, 5 of which in a senior position for a GCC based multi-national company.
KSA experience preferred.
Experience of building and leading multidiscipline teams
Proven track record of operating an end-to-end finance function in large complex organisations.
Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the Contract and business areas.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organisation and with external parties.
