Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Engineer to join our innovative team, responsible for shaping exceptional user experiences that harmonize business objectives with client expectations. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in UX and UI Design, with a demonstrated track record of leading design projects.
• Proven experience in user research methodologies, including user interviews, persona creation, and user journey mapping.
• Expertise in designing with industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of designed projects.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices across various devices including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is highly desirable.
• Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into compelling UX objectives and design solutions.
• Experience in conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and utilizing user feedback for design iterations.
• Strong process improvement capabilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing best practices in UI/UX design.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA.
• Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and usability heuristics.
• Mastery in creating detailed design specs, annotated designs, and documentation to communicate design intent clearly.
• Ability to effectively manage project timelines while adhering to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and workflows, ensuring productivity and continuity within the design team.
• Engage in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and clients to precisely define project goals and user needs.
• Develop user-centric solutions by systematically addressing design challenges and proposing innovative, effective responses.
• Conduct thorough user research, facilitating a deeper understanding of user behaviors, pain points, and motivations to inform design decisions.
• Create and analyze information architecture, developing clear sitemaps, content maps, and information flow models to enhance navigation and discoverability.
• Design visually compelling UI elements that align with brand standards using design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Produce original graphics, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate functionality and UI behaviors.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine and iterate on designs, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Maintain alignment with industry-standard UX principles while ensuring accessibility and usability across all designs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and uphold design integrity throughout the development process.
• Participate in user testing sessions and expert evaluations, implementing feedback into future design cycles.
• Continuously evaluate and revise designs based on iterative feedback and usability testing outcomes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, promoting a consistent work environment.
• Safeguard organizational data by following established information security practices to preserve data integrity and confidentiality.
