WSP is seeking a Senior ELV / ICT Engineer to join our team for a prestigious infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ELV and ICT systems along with solid experience in project management consultancy (PMC) environments.

WSP is seeking a Senior ELV / ICT Engineer to join our team for a prestigious infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ELV and ICT systems along with solid experience in project management consultancy (PMC) environments.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV and ICT systems, including but not limited to:
- CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, BMS, Structured Cabling, Data Networks, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and material specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with civil, MEP, and architectural teams for seamless integration of ELV/ICT systems.
- Monitor and report on contractor performance to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support during all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Participate in value engineering and design review workshops.
- Engage with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation, QA/QC protocols, and handover procedures are followed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in PMC roles on large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, tunnels, airports, utilities, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ELV/ICT systems and integration practices.
- Proficient in reviewing designs, coordinating installations, and managing contractors.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with Saudi standards and regulations is a plus.
