This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring that residential projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, incorporating the best logistics practices in the industry. The selected candidate will oversee logistics operations, driving the successful execution of our ambitious residential development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the timely and efficient delivery of residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, supply chain management, and inventory control, to ensure a seamless procurement process
• Collaborate with project teams to understand their logistics needs and provide solutions that optimize resource allocation
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to facilitate operational efficiencies in project delivery
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential logistical challenges
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and ensure continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in all logistics operations
• Prepare and deliver reports on logistics performance and project delivery timelines to senior management
• Provide leadership and mentorship to logistics teams, encouraging professional development and collaboration
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on residential or construction projects
• Proven track record in developing and implementing logistics strategies that enhance project delivery
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and manage challenges effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
