The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead development and implementation of BIM standards, processes, and information requirements.
• Manage common data environment (CDE) and ensure compliance with ISO 19650.
• Support project teams across the lifecycle, aligning with client goals and strategies.
• Develop BIM execution plans (BEP) and digital handover strategies.
• Ensure secure information handling and governance across all projects.
• Conduct interviews and recruit BIM talent as needed.
• Mentor and train staff on BIM tools, data analysis, and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure procedural alignment.
• Support cost planning and construction sequencing using BIM models.
• Monitor and assure quality of information models and object libraries.
• Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies and tools.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and promote best practices.
• Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to sustainability goals by managing carbon data in project delivery.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports, presentations, and lessons learned.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CDMP, DTTP).
• Thorough understanding of digital twin technologies and data management best practices.
• Expertise in enterprise systems integration and project management.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying digital twin solutions.
• Familiarity with emerging digital twin and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, cloud.
