About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to drive data-driven marketing strategies and optimize digital performance. This role will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, managing campaigns, and identifying opportunities to enhance digital engagement and ROI. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SEO, paid media, social media analytics, and marketing automation tools.

What You'll Do

This role involves supporting the digital marketing team in executing and optimizing campaigns across various channels. The candidate will take ownership of data analysis, content development, and performance tracking to enhance marketing effectiveness.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Develop insights from marketing data to optimize performance, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Generate reports on KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPC, bounce rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Work with content teams to develop high-performing digital assets that align with SEO best practices.
  • Analyze website traffic patterns and recommend strategies for improving user experience and conversion rates.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to create and manage email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with CRM systems for effective lead management.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, audience behaviour, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Provide insights on consumer behaviour, digital trends, and market positioning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related filed.
  • Two years' Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing analytics.
  • Good analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lead scoring, and digital funnel optimization.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
