Key Responsibilities – Digital Design, UI/UX, and Creative Innovation

• Brand Visuals: Lead the creation and enhancement of Nice one’s digital brand assets, including website layouts, mobile interfaces, banners, emails, and social media content.
• UI/UX Excellence: Craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for web, e-commerce, and mobile applications, prioritizing accessibility and responsiveness.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to design compelling visuals for product launches, promotions, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Design Standards: Uphold and evolve Nice one’s visual language, consistently applying best practices in typography, color, and layout across all digital channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and content creators to deliver cohesive, user-centered digital experiences.
• Trends & Insights: Monitor design trends, competitor visuals, and user feedback, continuously proposing improvements in digital design.
• Mentoring: Support junior designers with feedback, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to elevate the team's creative capabilities.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications – Digital Design, UI/UX, And Collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or related creative roles, especially within digital retail or e-commerce sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in digital design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, mobile UI, and digital campaigns with clear impact on user experience and engagement.
• Proven understanding of user-centered design, accessibility principles, and responsive design techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
