Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager MAS157 to lead significant development projects within our diverse portfolio. This role is vital for driving the successful execution of innovative initiatives that will contribute to Qiddiya's position as a premier destination for entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of high-impact development projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, market assessments, and risk evaluations to guide project strategies and decision-making
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, contractors, and community stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration throughout project execution
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in project management and development
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics
  • Support and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in large-scale development or construction projects
  • Strong expertise in managing complex projects through all phases, from inception to completion
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing risks
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Experience in the Middle East development sector is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
