- Reviewing and approving structural designs
- Working closely with the team, Managing a team of engineers, drafters, and technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensuring all designs meet necessary specifications and completeness of documents and calculations permits and approvals and regulations (Saudi Building Code, International Codes & Standards etc.)
- Identifying potential design risks
- Communicating findings (and recommendations)
- Ensuring the safety and durability of all structures
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
- Providing technical guidance & trainings to the team (if required)
