The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Delivering delegated elements of the annual business plan within deadlines and budget.
- Leading and managing design resources and daily operations across projects.
- Acting as the focal point for all design-related matters.
- Presenting KPIs and management review data to project and sub-function leadership.
- Supporting business development and work-winning activities.
- Leading the development and delivery of relevant training.
- Ensuring adherence to management systems, roles, and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Recommending and implementing changes to delivery plans, developing new tools and processes.
- Influencing procurement strategies and addressing contractual and legal aspects.
- Collaborating with PMO teams to ensure coordinated deliverables.
- Leveraging company resources and centre of excellence knowledge for continuous improvement.
- Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
- Relevant MEA experience.
- Degree qualification.
- Relevant professional membership.
- Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
