Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to Provide direction and management for medium-sized projects, or several small projects, and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proposing and support in managing budgets for projects.
• Supervising the work of multiple teams (within the department).
• Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
• Researching and developing designs and products.
• Determining the need for training and talent development.
• Hiring subs and building teams.
• Ensuring products have the support of upper management.
• Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in the engineering field.
• 20+ years' engineering experience.
• Proven supervisory and technical skills.
