Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Contract Administrator to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Report to Commercial Director
• Provide support on all commercial issues within the projects.
• Interact with Commercial Team and client and address all inquiries related to commercial and change management.
• Assist with payment of contractors and consultants.
• Assist with internal cost comparisons and cost projections.
• Maintain payment logs, variation logs and claims logs.
• Contribute to review of variation proposals submissions.
• Review change logs submitted by Cost Consultant
• Contribute to project cash flow updates.
• Contribute to drafts of contractual letters.
• Contribute to evaluation of prolongation costs and other cost claims.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field and 10 years demonstrable experience in commercial roles as PMC/PMO on infra & civil engineering projects; (5 years in GCC).
• Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions.
• Knowledge of traditional and design and build contracts.
• Good team player and communicator.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
