One of JobIn Clients is seeking an experienced and detail-focused Senior Contract Administrator to lead and manage contract administration across a range of high-value projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong contractual knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex commercial terms.  Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including subcontractor agreements, supplier contracts, and service-level agreements

• Ensure all contracts are aligned with legal, financial, and operational standards

• Monitor contract performance and compliance, flagging risks or deviations from agreed terms

• Maintain accurate contract records and manage contract lifecycles using digital systems

• Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders on contract obligations and risk mitigation

• Support procurement and legal teams during tenders and bidding processes

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deliverables and timelines are met

• Assist in resolving disputes or claims related to contracts and agreements

Skills
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and legal frameworks
  • Proficient in contract management software and document control systems
  • Skilled in interpreting and drafting contractual language, including variations, scope changes, and extension terms
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contract administration, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or engineering sectors preferred
  • Familiar with industry-specific standards such as FIDIC, NEC, or similar (as applicable)
  • Ability to analyze complex documents and identify contractual risks and opportunities
  • Solid grasp of procurement, project execution, and vendor performance management
