During your tenure as a Manager you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas

• Leading the analysis of complex data and information to identify key insights and trends that drive our advanced cybersecurity talent and cultural strategies.
• Steering client meetings and presentations to articulate findings and recommendations, guiding clients in understanding and mitigating their risks effectively.
• Structuring presentations and developing compelling content that strategically convey our solutions and approaches.
• Overseeing the work of team members and providing guidance and support.
• Directing thorough research efforts to gather relevant data, synthesizing findings into actionable insights that shape our strategic direction.
• Collaborating with senior team members across other services to drive the development and enhancement of our cybersecurity practice.
• Leading the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client environments and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 + years of experience
• Ability to manage several team members and adapt to different working environments, cultures and nationalities.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage resources and budgets effectively.
• Experience in leading the development of proposals, structuring solutions, and creating budget plans.
• Team development and coaching.
• In-depth understanding of core cybersecurity concepts, risks and emerging threats.
• Extensive familiarity with risk management, assessment methodologies and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Advanced analytical capabilities, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset (ability to analyze complex data and information to identify key insights and trends).
• Proficient in English speaking and writing skills.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint development skills (ability to structure full presentations and create compelling content).
• Ability to assign tasks and manage junior team members.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to drive client success.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to meet client demands.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience in supporting and delivering cybersecurity projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
