The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience and have knowledge of ARIS BPM (Scripting, Dashboarding and Governance). This role requires someone with a keen eye for writing high-quality code and the ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English. You will work closely with teams across departments to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that meet business needs Key Responsibilities:

• • ARIS BPM : Utilize ARIS BPM for modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes
• • Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain ARIS reports using JavaScript and ARIS APIs to deliver reports for different business needs.
• • Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards: Develop and manage ARIS BI dashboards, using data visualization tools to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• • Workflow Development: Analyze, design, and optimize governance workflows to streamline operations and improve business processes.
• • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, creating detailed documentation and ensuring alignment across teams.
• • High-Quality Code: Write clean, efficient, and modular code following coding standards and best practices to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• • Bilingual Communication (Arabic & English): Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in both Arabic and English, ensuring clear and precise exchange of information.
• • Code Review & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular code reviews, provide feedback to improve quality, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to provide timely resolutions.
• • Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, user manuals, and guidelines for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• • Proficiency in JavaScript: Deep knowledge of JavaScript.
• • BI Dashboard Development: Experience in developing and maintaining BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• • Workflow & Process Design: Strong background in workflow development and process optimization, ensuring efficiency and business alignment.
• • Business Analysis: Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements, translating them into technical designs and functional workflows.
• • ARIS BPM: Familiarity with ARIS BPM or similar business process modeling tools is a significant advantage.
• • High-Quality Code: Strong focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code with attention to detail and best coding practices.
• • Bilingual (Arabic & English): Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both languages.
• • Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to solving business and technical problems.
• • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
