The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre, experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

We require a senior construction manager to work on a complex stadium project in Riyadh.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience working in KSA and or the Middle East region. The candidate will have experience managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders.

Stadium experience is preferable but not essential. A good all round construction delivery knowledge is required.

You’ll Need To Have

• A degree qualification.
• Eligibility to work in KSA and obtain a work visa.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on highly valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

• Membership in MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes. 
• Construction management expertise.  
• Developing commercial and financial acumen.  
• Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.  
• Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.  
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
