The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supporting the construction lead in translating the client vision into a clear, deliverable onsite plan.
- Guiding and coordinating the wider delivery team, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
- Providing technical expertise and leadership to delivery teams, promoting health and safety rules and regulations
- Ensuring project operations meet budgetary, ethical, and compliance standards across all phases.
- Contributing to long-term strategy development for the business unit, supporting sustainable growth.
- Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders to influence project outcomes and maintain trust.
- Fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture that prioritises well-being and knowledge sharing.
- Being a champion of safety and compliance, applying local HSE regulations and Mace’s HSW framework throughout delivery.
- Professional membership (e.g. MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
- Strong construction management experience with a track record of delivering consultancy-led projects with particular strength in the final stages of a construction project.
- Proven ability to lead project components within large, multidisciplinary teams and build stakeholder relationships.
- Awareness of sustainability and carbon impacts on construction delivery, with developing commercial and financial acumen.
