Senior Communication & Onboarding Analyst

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for assisting in developing and executing a creativity management strategy aligned with inspireU's vision. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Assist in developing and executing a creativity management strategy aligned with inspireU's vision to enhance brand awareness in collaboration with Corporate Relations
• Support the building and refinement of communication plans in accordance with inspireU programs’ activities.
• Assist in shaping and distributing communication materials about inspireU and its startups monthly across various channels, including press releases, internal newsletters, and social media posts in collaboration with Corporate Relations
• Provide prompt responses to audience inquiries, comments, and messages across communication channels, fostering a responsive and interactive online environment.
• Support the establishment and continuous updating of a protocol and media appearance guide for inspireU and its startups, ensuring consistent and on-brand communications.
• Regularly assist in updating the inspireU website content and design to ensure it is informative, innovative, engaging, and up-to-date.
• Help provide incubated startups with tailored marketing plans, advanced marketing resources, and expertise to accelerate their market entry and growth.
• Help organize and execute periodic events, including inspireU academies, demo days, pitch sessions, and industry-specific forums, to showcase inspireU and the accomplishments of incubated startups in collaboration with Corporate Relations
• Assist in managing the onboarding process for startups across all programs
• Help build and update a plan to enhance the international exposure of startups through participation in global events and conferences, providing comprehensive support before, during, and after international trips.
