Senior Commercial Manager - (RC)

Overview

JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager - (RC) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities related to our residential construction projects. You will ensure that all aspects of procurement, cost management, and contract negotiations are executed effectively, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Your expertise in commercial management will be vital in maximizing profitability while managing risks and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Collaborating closely with project teams, you will implement commercial strategies that align with JASARA's commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the commercial aspects related to residential construction projects, including procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiation
• Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve any disputes that may arise
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on commercial matters
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on residential construction
• Proven track record of managing complex contracts and procurement processes
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle multi-stakeholder engagements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of contract law and construction regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
