The Project

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support the commercial team to ensure project delivery and performance.
• Oversee procurement, onboarding contractors, and post-contract management.
• Manage contract administration, including claims, variations, and extensions.
• Handle monthly client applications, invoice approvals, and cost reporting.
• Blend main contracting and consultancy experience with strong stakeholder management.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and negotiate outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and commercial procedures on-site.
• Drive process improvements and manage continuous business enhancements.
• Support net zero carbon initiatives and manage related project emissions.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management (or equivalent)
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent)
• Major project experience is essential:
• Main Contractor experience £250+
• Consultancy experience £1bn+
