Senior Commercial Consultancy Manager - Arabic Speaking

The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury -use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead commercial and financial operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and company strategy.
• Monitor financial performance through analysis and reporting, offering insights and recommendations to executives.
• Oversee implementation and compliance with commercial, subcontract, and risk management plans.
• Track and report on project progress, cost, revenue, risk, and performance to all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with construction teams to optimize commercial processes and ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Manage procurement frameworks, subcontractor agreements, and compliance with legal and financial policies.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of managers and professionals, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Handle contractual matters, including claims, invoicing, client communications, and support the transition to net zero carbon goals.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• 10 - 12 years’ experience working for either a T1 contractor or cost consultancy practice.
• Should have working experience within procurement and cost management.
• Experience working on the Fidic suite of contracts would be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or similar
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Middle East Experience.
