As a Senior Coiled Tubing Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring Baker Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis.

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC) process.
• Write technical proposals for customers.
• Promote new technologies to customers and find up-selling opportunities.
• Follow up with client and operations for upcoming jobs.
• Supporting Critical Operations in the field.
• Liaise with customer and propose technical solutions to their intervention and stimulation challenges.
• Raising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job.
• Following up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field.
• Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies.
• Work and support incident investigations and root cause analysis where applicable
• Working on proposals for tenders and new opportunities

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Have understanding of Pressure Pumping PL technology and Service Delivery requirements.
• Have 10 years of technical support experience in Coiled Tubing and Stimulation.
• Deep knowledge about CT simulation software is a must.
• Advanced knowledge about production enhancement is an added advantage.
• Have full knowledge of drilling and completion process is an advantage.
• Be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
• Be able to effectively communicate with different stake holders and support in decision making.
