Senior Channel Sales Engineer -Himel

Sales Engineer as Himel Brand ambassador and drive territory revenue, he/she will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market in project and Distribution background and process strong relationship with related stakeholders (Retailers, Specifiers, Developers, Contractors, Panel Builders, Utilities) . He/she will interact directly with key players and provide technical and commercial support for Himel offers. We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large (complex) deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.
Job responsibilities:
- Promote Himel products to Channel Partners, Consultants, developers, panel builders, utilities, etc.
- Sustain and develop relationship with all customers/ partners etc…
- Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned KPIs
- Develop Customer Database (POS, Whole Sellers, and Electricians)
- Push sell-out at different tiers: T1, T2, retailers, POS, PB’s, Project, etc.
- Implement the marketing and sales Strategy for the assigned scope
- Propose optimized techno-commercial offering based on Himel latest product features.
- Gather project information and build efficient projects Pipeline
- Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to secure the project.Managing Projects to increase sales and ensure efficiency; Prepare monthly & Quarterly Sales forecast .
- Maintain market trend awareness in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding and events…
- Ensure high level of service provided to partners and customers.
- Organize Quarterly business review with Partners , to create corrective action plan and understanding to enhance the business.
Essential Professional Experience:
- 5-7 years in relevant Sales & Export roles, especially in Utilities
- Project Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors/Utilities, and other partners.
- Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions: Low Voltage electrical products , power distribution, industrial control products, etc.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales.
Desirable Qualifications
- A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.
- Experience in penetrating New Markets
- Good Business Understanding with LV Product Knowledge, Product Competitor knowledge, strong Technical knowledge, interpersonal skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas
- Strategic view, team work and quick execution with a sense of speed
- Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment.
Education background:
- BA/BS degree, Electrical Engineering background is preferred

- Frequent traveler
- Fluent in English and local language
- Computer Skills: MS Office
