 - Finalize key departmental reports such as business plans accountability reports and other related documents ensuring they are ready for management review and endorsement

- Coordinate the preparation of complex reports for review and approval
 - Collaborate with proponents business units and divisions to understand business needsstandards and ensure timely and accurate data collection
 - Supervise project execution by overseeing schedules resources and tasks and project documentation Oversee the validation process of collected data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
 - Develop and maintain statistical reports to generate business insights
 - Create charts graphs and organize relevant statistics to support business activities
 - Lead crossdepartmental engagements to coordinate comprehensive data collection efforts
